Biography
Elif Suna Özbay received her B.S. degree in Psychology from Bilkent University and MSc degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from Bangor University, UK. She worked in an online therapy platform, conducted online psychotherapy sessions. She worked in Turkish Red Crescent, as a project officer of Psychosocial and Health Programs. Currently, she is working in a Defence Company, conducts studies to establish company culture and applications for employee well being. And she is a part time member of Bilkent University.
Research Interests
Mindfulness, Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, Health Psychology, Reasoned Action Approach, Behavior Change.
